Cultivating Adolescents in System Engineering Habits (CASH)

The Innovative STEM Foundation (ISF) has teamed with its co-sponsor, the Center of Excellence in System Engineering for Space Exploration Technologies (CESET), within the School of Engineering at Morgan State University to offer the Cultivating Adolescents in System Engineering Habits (CASH) program. CASH is an innovative program designed for middle schools students with the following set of outcomes that the participants will have to master:

The participants will spend five weeks over the summer at Morgan State where they will learn in a student-centered learning environment and be exposed to critical thinking principles, system engineering basics, and team-working skills. The participants will conduct NASA-related research, complete a project, and present their work at the conclusion of the program.
